ABOUT OUR CONTRACTS:
Option one- 360 DEAL:
A 360 deal, also known as a multiple rights deal, is a type of contract between a record label and an artist that allows the label to earn revenue from various income streams beyond just album sales. This can include earnings from touring, merchandise sales, endorsements, and other revenue-generating activities. In exchange for a broader share of the artist's income, the label typically provides a more comprehensive support system, including marketing, promotion, and financial resources. This arrangement can be beneficial for artists seeking investment in their careers, but it also means they relinquish a portion of their earnings across multiple revenue streams to the label.
Option two- 50/50 DEAL:
A 50/50 deal is something that is new and revolutionary to the recording in history. For the first time ever an artist has the opportunity in the recording contract to be equal partners with their label. This is less onerous than the standard 360 deal. Unlike a 360 deal though, there are no signing bonuses. We do allow the artist under a 50/50 deal to submit grant proposals for their financial needs to the Splendifikiss Foundation. Under this type of deal you would also get complementary services that are provided by The Splendifikiss Foundation and MSFP World Music, LLC. I.E. MSFP Studio access , on air promotion & graphic design work.
